Lead Piping Commissioning Engineer

About This Role

Every pipe must be tested, cleaned, and proven before the first drop of hydrocarbon flows. We need a Lead Piping Commissioning Engineer to manage all piping system commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning of all piping systems across the FPSO
• Develop and execute hydrotesting, flushing, and pigging procedures
• Coordinate pipe stress verification and flexibility analysis reviews
• Manage chemical cleaning and passivation activities
• Ensure compliance with ASME B31.3 specifications
• Track and close all piping-related punch list items

Core Requirements

• 10+ years piping engineering/commissioning in offshore oil & gas
• Expertise in hydrotesting, flushing, pigging, and chemical cleaning
• Strong knowledge of ASME B31.3
• Valid BOSIET/FOET certification

Preferred Qualifications

• FPSO piping commissioning lead experience
• NDT coordination experience
