Lead Electrical Commissioning Engineer

About This Role

Nothing moves without power. We need a Lead Electrical Commissioning Engineer to commission the entire power generation and distribution system from the main generators through HV/MV switchgear to the MCCs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning of HV/MV power generation and distribution systems
• Commission switchgear, transformers, and MCCs
• Execute protection relay testing and coordination studies
• Develop electrical commissioning procedures and switching plans
• Perform load bank testing and synchronization checks
• Supervise electrical technicians during commissioning activities

Core Requirements

• 10+ years electrical commissioning in offshore oil & gas
• Expertise in HV/MV systems (11kV, 6.6kV, 440V)
• Experience with protection relay testing
• Valid BOSIET/FOET certification

Preferred Qualifications

• FPSO electrical commissioning lead experience
• ABB/Siemens switchgear experience
