FPSO Commissioning Project Manager

About This Role

We need a strong Project Manager to manage the day-to-day execution of the FPSO commissioning scope. You will be the linchpin between the Project Director's strategy and the team's field execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project schedule, budget, and resource allocation using Primavera P6
• Track and report project KPIs including S-curves, earned value, and variance analysis
• Coordinate between commissioning disciplines, construction, and operations teams
• Manage change orders, scope variations, and commercial correspondence
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for client and internal stakeholders
• Ensure HSE compliance across all commissioning activities

Core Requirements

• 12+ years project management in offshore oil & gas
• PMP or Prince2 certification required
• Strong Primavera P6 and MS Project proficiency
• Experience managing commissioning or EPC projects valued at USD 3M+
• Valid BOSIET/FOET certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous FPSO commissioning PM experience
• Chinese shipyard project experience
