Commissioning QA/QC Engineer

About This Role

Quality is the bridge between construction and commissioning. We need a QA/QC Engineer to verify that mechanical completion is properly achieved, ITPs are executed, and systems are ready for commissioning handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) for commissioning scope
• Verify mechanical completion (MC) certificates against system boundaries
• Manage punch list system from MC walkdowns through clearance
• Conduct quality audits on commissioning procedures and documentation
• Coordinate with construction QC for system turnover acceptance
• Maintain quality records and ensure traceability

Core Requirements

• 10+ years QA/QC experience in offshore oil & gas
• Strong knowledge of ITP development and MC verification processes
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification preferred
• Valid BOSIET/FOET certification

Preferred Qualifications

• FPSO project QA/QC experience
• Experience with completion management databases
