About This Role
A critical role: without a solid plan, there is no project. We need a Planning Engineer who can translate the commissioning methodology into an executable schedule, track progress, and keep the entire team on the critical path toward First Oil.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop level 3-4 commissioning execution schedules in Primavera P6
- Build commissioning sequence logic based on system dependencies and priorities
- Generate S-curves, progress histograms, and resource loading profiles
- Track schedule progress and provide weekly look-ahead reports
- Identify schedule risks and propose mitigation measures
- Coordinate with all discipline leads for activity input and progress updates
Core Requirements
- 10+ years planning experience in offshore oil & gas projects
- Expert-level Primavera P6 proficiency
- Experience planning commissioning activities (not just construction)
- Valid BOSIET/FOET certification
Preferred Qualifications
- FPSO commissioning planning experience
- Knowledge of completion management system interfaces
